ChatNow Client *new*

• This version adds the latest java technology to ConferenceRoom. The new java client was designed with flexibility in mind allowing you to create any look for your chat client. This java client can also be reconfigured in real time allowing you to change graphics 'and' layout. The client uses XML for layout. More information will be available on this technology shortly. Here are some highlights of the ChatNow technology:
• Room based themes: You can configure the applets to change based on which room you join.
• Change themes on the fly: You can configure the applets to change based on modes in the channel or from commands issued by channel operators. You can even have them change based on server/client events like time
• Reconfigure the layout of the client, not just the skins: This will allow you to move the different panels like Channel Names lists, Channel Lists, BuddyLists, Font Panels to different locations of the client. Just like the skins of the client these panels can also be reconfigured in real time.
